Perpetual Profession of Sr. Meseret

Sr. Meseret professing her vows

On June 7, 2024, the MSCs celebrated the Profession of Perpetual Vows of Sr. Meseret Nagamo at St. Philips Church, Kingdom of eSwatini. Most MSCs in the Region were able to attend, along with Sr. Eliane, MSC General Superior and Sr. Patricia, General Councilor.

For many people in eSwatini, this was the first time to experience such a ceremony. Cabrini Ministries staff along with Sr. Meseret, Sr. Evarlyne, Sr. Suany, Sr. Barbara and Sr. Diane, prepared a wonderful celebration for all the people who attended.

Sisters from other religious Congregations also participated, along with many local people. Some Ethiopian people who live in eSwatini, also arrived to celebrate this special day. It was a wonderful celebration, full of joy, music, singing, dancing and good food!
